Fund Details
8th Grade Campus Visit Grants - 2019-20

Brief Description:

EducationQuest provides funding to Nebraska schools to coordinate college campus visits for 8th grade students. The funds are also used to help eighth graders explore careers and complete other activities that increase the likelihood they will go to college.

EducationQuest will provide up to $500 to each school. A school may request additional funding (up to a maximum of $750) if the nearest Nebraska college is a significant distance from the school, or if the school plans to serve a significant number of students. Schools may use funds for expenses related to visiting a Nebraska college campus. Activities associated with expenses include transportation, meals and substitute pay.

EducationQuest will notify all applicants of their funding status by October 1, 2019.
